Perfect service call from Sears' Ronald J. Appointment secured by phone. Technician showed up exactly on time. Good comfortable attitude… and had my furnace up and running in less than thirty minutes. 'which is good because it got below freezing here last night. I am pleased that Choice Home Warranty chose Sears to effect a repair in a timely and reliable manner.

Let me start by saying the people in the call center at Sears have no idea what they are doing. First, after a extra week's delay in my part being received from a parts company less than 30 minutes from my house, my services was delayed another two weeks because the call center closed the ticket on my call, without notifying the technician or completing the job. Finally after six weeks, we have gotten heat restored to the 1st level of our house. Again, the technician was fantastic. He did exactly what he was supposed to do. But I would never again recommend Sears to anyone for any kind of repair.
