I have no problem with this tech. He was friendly and courteous. Took my issue with concern then explained to me exactly what is wrong. My issue is with the follow up tech CINCH sent out because they didn't want to take Odaine's word.

Arrived on time, Spent time accessing the problem which he was not able to correct. Determined that new instakked heater was incorrectly installed and . Installer to be contacted to ffix problem.
