Corin was wonderful! He had to come out multiple times and due to parts needing to be ordered and helped make our experience so much better. He was thorough, thinking outside the box and kept us up to date on what was happening. We had terrible issues with the scheduling system and customer service but Corin was amazing! His service was much appreciated!!

We called for service because of a grinding noise coming from the furnace. We had video and audio of the noise to prove it was happening. Naturally while the technician was here, the furnace did not make the noise so nothing was done. So obviously we are not particularly satisfied with the outcome. He simply said to wait for the noise to come back and call again. There was no diagnosis.
