I was very pleased with the technician and the work he done to get my air conditioner working properly and the time frame he got it done. He was very knowledgeable of the unit and knew what he was doing. He also gave me a call and a time frame when he would arrive. I hope my unit don't stop working properly but if it do I surely wound like to have the same technician to do the job. Thanks

Erik did a great job! He did everything within his limits. Unfortunately he was limited to repairs due to not being covered by plan. He checked and office said the intake and exhaust pipes are not covered. When a customer pays over $16K for a system, every part of it should be covered and repaired. Unit is only 2 years old and leaking at air intake in AC mode which is unusual and should be covered by warranty.
