Outstanding Service
The technician was on time and very efficient, diagnosed the issues repaired and was to his next assignment.. So grateful to had selected the sears maintenance service contract, help with my peace of mind knowing that all I need to do is pay the contract fee and am all set.

Sergio did troubleshooting: he cleaned the coils, crawled under the house to check for leaks, checked the AC exterior pipes & coils & was diligent in trying to find the issue. The issue wasn't found, however he checked everything & asked that I contact Sears if the odor comes back.

Richard called ahead to let me know when he was coming. After arriving on time, he proceeded to check out Lennox system. He explained each step he took and why he was doing it. Afterwards he returned everything back to its original condition. All good.

The service provided by Esaus was excellent. The problem is with Sears itself so please don't get a contract with them. Sears need to replace my furnace under warranty since February and they stalling and keep sending out technicians who can't fix it since the parts are not available. I will probably have to get a lawyer to force them to honor the contract.
