Furnace Repair
Service was friendly. Don't understand why he was locked out so that furnace had to be turned off for 12 hours in order to turn back on after 12 hours. Neither did he. If it still doesn't work correctly. I then have to call my home warranty contract and set up another service call. It's certainly not Sear's service fault.

Willie is a huge asset to sears. He is extremely knowledgable. We have had the pleasure of working with him on the last four visits related to our HVAC, and each time he has done great work, and kept our systems running smoothly. I was pleased with the work that was done. Sean was nice and very professional. He came in, assessed the problem and ordered the parts. My install date was on a Thursday but Sean was able to get me in on that Tuesday. I was happy to be getting warm as this was in February in Ohio... COLD! I do have on con which is I was shown were 2 valves were leaking and only one was replaced. I smell "gas" I think, I am going to associate the smell with a new part smell. However, I have the furnace off until I get a carbon Monoxide tester to feel comfortable in my slumber. OTHERWISE this was a seamless and problem free ocassion. Thank you, Sears and Sean.

He is thorough .connects with you for follow up and pleasant unlike most other techs from sears who don't even address the problem and tells you they don't have time need to reschedule. Also they are setting up their own side business and bankrupting sears for their gains
