Hassib was great to work with. I think he had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes or so. And was able to repair it on the spot. He was also very friendly and conversational, and even played with my cat a bit, which the cat very much enjoyed. From a customer service point of view, ( I am a customer service manager), he was just great.

Ron was the technician assigned to our repair of our furnace. This furnace has been broken every year since we bought it four years ago, & because of some electrical problems it is very difficult to fix. With extreme patience and over 5 service calls Ron got the parts needed to fix it. He was always on time and again with extreme patience he finally got the part needed & got it installed and tested it. It finally worked and Hopefully it will work for a while.

He did an excellent job of identifying the problem and need, cleaning the level glass and calling for Sears to send a plumber to stop the water leak on the furnace.

Edwin did a great, professional job inspecting and cleaning our furnace. He called to say that he could come earlier than scheduled, arrived when he said that he would be at our house and made a thorough check of our furnace, answering questions and making suggestions for better performance of the appliance. We would ask for him again when we need our next furnace service.
