Adrian was a great technician and fully explained everything. His service was very professional and took care of business as soon as he got here. We had a pleasant experience with them. However, Sears customer service has no way to get in touch with a human representative to ask questions to. Our appointment was rescheduled 3 times with no explanation or phone call after the scheduled appointment was supposed to have taken place costing me pay for a day of work that was taken off for the appointment.
