Furnace repair
Our technician Shawn did a freakin amazing job with our furnace. He had a wealth of knowledge with furnaces & HVAC systems. He advised us on the repairs needed & maintenance that was required on our end. My wife and I appreciated Shawn's advise. I would definitely recommend him for any furnace issues.

So after 2 other technicians from this company Omar was able to find and fix (hopefully) the problem I also have to say that he is also the only one that didn't try and build himself up to me. He just asked what the problem was and set about finding the problem

Fast service scheduling was a bit off. Arrived 2 hours after text that tech is on their way. Portal had a time frame of 1:30-3:00

The tech was very professional and knowledgeable about the unit. He explained the problem and explained that this part of the unit was not covered under the Sears Home Warranty.

The tech called ahead of time to talk about issue. We received a text when he was on his way. He arrived in a timely fashion. He was professional and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem and initially thought we would have to wait for parts but was had part in his truck and was able to fix problem immediately.
