Robert is a very professional and mannerable young man. He work diligently to make sure that my unit was repaired. He was working in the dark. Even with the extra trips for needed parts he made sure the job was done when all parts were available ASAP!!!

Even though this experience with sears warranty was the worse customer service we have had in 10 years, when we did finally get a Tech at 720pm Josh was very good and diagnosed the problem right away. The return visit did not show up until after 5 pm , just think Josh was overbooked and not his doing, the biggest issue we have is not being able to talk to a person the automated system does not work
