Sears Technician Mr. Severino
Mr. Severino represented Sears professionally by focus on Carrier Thermostat black-out problem that clause 4-weeks without heat in two-level home. He identified problem and fixed it in one home visit unlike previous Sears technician over 3 weeks.

Sean returned to service my HVAC system. Same issue but a different part malfunctioning. Sean was familiar with the issue so it was easy to communicate what the system is doing since he serviced it. As usual, he evaluated, educated me on the issue and gave some tips to use if the issue arise again. If the advice doesn't work, put another service claim in.
