Steven was awesome SEARS on the other hand very disappointing. Multiple appointments 1st one no one even showed. Rescheduled ordered part than multiple rescheduling.Called multiple times sears couldn't tell me where or when the part was. Steven called to tell me the part wasn't in but told me when it was coming the following Monday after he ordered it. Sears kept rescheduling n sending multiple appointments even after confirming an appointment.And even after FA supposedly sent emails to stop. Even got a call when Steven was here fixing the issue I let him listen they wanted to reschedule. Very frustrating to lose heat in the winter n not knowing where the part is cause Sears couldn't expedite the part cause you would lose money customers suffer . And you can even look at the history of text messages you sent me . Come on sears you can do better maybe this was one of the reasons ur brick and mortar store went out
