Service tech showed up at the end of the day, checked heat pump, and couldn't find a problem. Frustrated that it took several weeks to get someone out but tech was fine. Not sure why it doesn't work, wasted money on a service ticket, but not acting up at the moment, on a nice, mild day.

My heat went out and I got a next day appointment. The tech was early which I appreciate because I was freezing. A part needed to be replaced, was in stock, and installed almost 24 hours to scheduling my request. I am warm and toasty, and happy this was covered by the warranty.
