Joshua my technician was very respectful and well manner. Joshua listen to me as I stated what was going on with my unit outside. Joshua was very knowledgeable as he express to me my problem, he fixs my issue in a timely manner and I am comfortable in my home with cold air making my day joyful. I want to thank Joshua and Sears home services. I will suggest this company to family and friends. Joshua keep up the good work👍

Mark did a great job repairing the broken on/off knob on my Kenmore A/C. He then confirmed that it was running well with no other repair required. Thanks to his persistence in finding a way to fix the knob, I did not have to replace the air conditioner. My sincere thanks to Mark for his patience and kindness to me.

Elio was assigned by my home warranty company to fix our heat pump, which was not working to turn the AC on. He came on time, worked efficiently, and fixed the problem on the first try. It's a breath of fresh air after a few experiences with incompetent or impatient techs of late.

The Service that Gary provided was excellent. In an earlier visit he identified the problem and ordered the part. He returned to install and repair the unit. He did an excellent job. Gary repaired the unit in about an hour. He was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable.
