Hermon was very professional and very helpful. He went over the remote settings which I did not fully understand but do now. He also checked the unit inside and outside and said everything looked good. The noise I was hearing is common with this unit and nothing to worry about. Thank you for your service.

My tech was great, I feel sears needs to improve on the time to get repairs completed I have been without ac for almost a month and had 2 recalls which I had to wait 2 weeks in between for a repair appointment not good

My husband and I were very frustrated that our HVAC unit was not working yet again, as it seems to malfunction every spring. Sears dispatched Mr. John as our service tech and he was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. My husband and I were extremely pleased with his skill, experience, and attention to detail. While we hope that we don't have any more issues with the unit, if we do...we will certainly request Mr. JOHN to come service the unit!
