Service for water heater not working
The technician was extremely friendly, pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He tried valiantly to get water heater to ignite, four times. He explained our options thoroughly. Very good experience. I recommend him highly.

He diagnosed my problem the first visit but out of his control didn't have the part. But returned 2 days later and completed the repair. Very friendly and informative. Explained the faulty part and why the unit was doing what it was doing.
