Barry has been the only bright light in my repair issues with Sears. This year I've had refrigerator and HVAC issues. The HVAC guy last summer could not address the issues which were never addressed. I pay for the maintenance agreement that cost me about $1900 per year. You kept canceling and rescheduling, Barry deserves a 10 but I will do the 5. The AI needs customer relations training.

Great service...really 5+. He first called when he was about 20 minutes out and asked if i was having any issues with the cooling unit. Then called again when in my driveway, greeted me and gave clear instructions as to what he needed me to do. He completed the exterior inspection and servicing and then came inside to inspect filters. He advised that with this extreme heat the unit can only do so much and to be patient with it b/c its in good condition...the high temps and high humitidy are challenging. He listened while i explained my SOP and agreed that it was a good process to continue. I asked if there was anything i should be watching out for, he said No, all was good. I felt reassured that Sears had, again, won the ball game and continues to earn my respect and loyalty. Thank you for Billy, a true professional, who seemed concerned about me as a customer, my unit as his product and is highly competent and capable. Thank you, Sears!

Matthew did an excellent job. He asked questions and elevated the unit. Consulted other technicians for results and shared it with me. He contacted the insurance company and explained my situation. The insurance soon contacted me after talking to Matthew and informed me of their next step. A job well done!
