Technician Duan H. Is great, he knew what part to order for our water heater. It came in a timely manner. He returned & got it up & running. Thank you Duan for a great job. On the other hand speaking to your AI is the worst. Samantha really got to me where I finally hung up on her. You need to put live agents to speak to because all they do is go round and round & you don't get anywhere. I rate your AI a zero. This is only the truth! I'm sure there are more people who would agree.

I feel like yall is giving me the runaround I been without my air conditioner It's been since February yall been sending out worker & ordering parts and my air conditioner is still not working it is very hot I felt very bad for mark who came out several times trying to work on my AC and it was so hot. I feel so bad for him. This is just unbelievable which y'all putting me through.
