Good Diagnosis
Ricky called ahead to announce his expected arrival time. He did a thorough job diagnosing the problem with our window air conditioner. At the same time he was patiently training a new technician. He answered all our questions.

Cal helped us with a red tag on our furnace and explained that it is a scare tactic used in the HVAC industry to get customers to purchase a new unit through their company. He checked our unit and was able to clear our unit as safe and good to use. It is not a danger to use.

Eric was professional and followed up as he said he would. He called me twice and to confirm he would come out. Before Eric, sears communicated false information when they did. It had been over 3 weeks since I put the service request. Eric called me yesterday and confirmed he would come out next day to diagnose. It took Eric a minute to figure out the issue. He communicated it and was able to fix the issue. Eric was cordial and professional. He clearly knows his stuff.
