Abdelkarim is a great technician
I had a wonderful experience with this technician. He is so knowledgeable in his field of work. Very professional and share with the customer the things that are so important as to do our part in helping to maintain good care of our appliances in between prevented maintenance visits. He definitely earned these five stars. Thank you for a job well done.

Charlie was great, all business and very proficient in his work, He made a few changes gave a few suggestions and my house is cool. He was professional and left the area clean. You can change your policy of all day service window. Bad for me.

Darrell has been outstanding, professional, and really tried everything to get our air conditioner to work-my husband had major surgery and it has been extremely hot in this house and uncomfortable for him! Please replace this unit and quit dragging this thing out!!!!!!
