I believe the technician did a good job and deserves a good review, but your system of always ordering parts and taking a week to complete the job and leaving a customer without heat is not good service

Mr. Fredrick was very pleasant and prompt with his arrival. Talked me through the entire process and explained things to me. Really made me feel comfortable with what was done and gave me my options. Mr. Fredrick was very knowledgeable especially when it came to my warranty.

This young man was absolutely courteous and pleasant. I enjoyed talking with him. Furthermore, he showed me that I was using the wrong setting, which caused me to believe my heating unit was in operative. He is a very, very honest human being. I have been a customer for many years and no one has been as thorough in servicing my boiler furnace and it's parts like Mr. Brian.
