Excellent!!!
This young man was absolutely courteous and pleasant. I enjoyed talking with him. Furthermore, he showed me that I was using the wrong setting, which caused me to believe my heating unit was in operative. He is a very, very honest human being. He will go far in life, being honest and humble. Five stars to Angelo!!!

Brian is the smartest and best technician that I have experienced with Sears. I have been a customer for many years and no one has been as thorough in servicing my boiler furnace and it's parts like Mr. Brian. Mr. Solomon did an excellent job and patiently explained details and what was the issue. He has recharged the unit with Freon and cleaned the pistons that was dirty. It is working is. Asked us to monitor the performance for 90 days for any issues.

I worked with this tech for the HVAC preventative maintenance and he told me that there was a possibility of future mechanical failure. I made the additional appointment for the blower as advised and it turns out that the capacitor had to be replaced. I'm thankful that everything was caught early and that my heater will be in top working order for the ensuing winter.
