Really shocking at the breath of technical knowledge with the infinity carrier system. Kudos for employing Albert M in your fleet of servicemen. Should be a trainer or supervisor to share hus knowledge and illustrate his amazing customer service skills. Highly recommended! Rolando C.

The tech found nothing wrong with the unit and it was running when he left. The unit didn't turn on this past Wednesday early morning but by noon it did. I didn't want to cancel this appointment even though it was running when the technician arrived

He fixed the problem. I'm concerned that it took almost 2weeks for a technician to fix minor problem. This becomes more concerning as an elderly person resides there and a functioning heat source is needed.

Mohammed did an annual tune-up on this furnace in August, so we had met before. I called this time because my CO detector was indicating a possible carbon monoxide leak. He thoroughly checked the furnace inside and out, did several tests, and the furnace seemed fine. He asked me to take the other CO detector I had elsewhere in the house to see if it also indicated a leak, and it did not. Then he took the original CO detector outside to see if it indicated CO out in the fresh air, which it did. That means the problem was a defective CO detector, not the furnace. But we only came to that conclusion after he did every possible examination and test.
