Tom was unable to fix my AC then put in the technician report on the invoice that the customer declined service which is TOTALLY FALSE!!!! It seemed like he had never worked on this model GE air conditioner and he didn't know what the error code that was displayed, E14 was or what it meant or how to fix the unit.

Poor Service

Employee changed the filter, looked at the thermostat and left. In and out of home in less than 10 minutes. Didn't perform any PM. Unacceptable.

A no show

I never saw Johnathan L did not get a phone call … nothing… just a receipt saying he diagnosed my unit… how when we never saw you!!!! 🤷🏽‍♀️ I tried reaching out to Sears but I couldn't get a person… that's nearly impossible…. FRUSTRATED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT … I took off of work to wait for Sears & essentially wasted my time ‼️

Very unprofessional and made me and my family feel uneasy. Condescending in his remarks. Made me feel I was inconveniencing him in requesting repair. Did not communicate findings. Just said you have co2 coming out but not enough to kill you, yet his report apparently says within limits.

Wrong information

I was told I needed a electrician. Electrician told me fire started from my central air unit and sent me back to heating and air. 5 days now wasted and it's hot!!!! Why wasn't you able to point out the problem like the electric guy did. Told me the problems in under 1 min. Not happy

Mark never showed up, even though it said he arrived at 4:45. So if he said he completed the job, he LIED!!! This appt was one rescheduled from last Tuesday, when no one showed up for that appt either. Shameful way to treat your customers!

Bad Technician

I don't think he understood the heating system I had. It was a very straightforward hot water boiler. He simply hung up on me. Another company was called and within 5 minutes he found that the water circulation pump needed to be replaced. The Sears technician was rude and talked over me.
