Hot water heater
Terrible service I've been without hit water for over a month, they finally send someone out and know they tell me I have to find someone to fix it and they will pay smh

Waiting in heat. Wave
This was the most unpleasant experience. After calling in the problem I was given an appointment a week later(during a heat wave) the whole process took more than a month. I would rate this service a resounding one(1)

I never got a text message or voicemail saying they are on their way. 1st appointment was canceled last minute. This was the 3rd time in a year the 1st appointment was canceled last minute. I lost time and money missing work all 3 times. Only a visual inspection

Third time
This is the third time he comes and Choice says he is not sending the complete diagnosis. I have been waiting forever to have my heater fixed.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service
The technician never showed up to repair the leaking pipe in my boiler. The window was 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. At 3:32 p.m. – after I had stayed home waiting all day (and after Cinch had sent me countless emails and texts to confirm the appointment) – Cinch called to say they would have to reschedule with a different sub-contractor for a different day, even though I am without a home heating system as the temperature drops into the 40's at night. I requested that they assign a particular plumbing company and the agent who had called me agreed. However, when I contacted that company to set up a time, they told me that they had been asked to deal with a "waste line" problem, not the boiler system. That meant I had to call Cinch and get them to correct the order, which an agent did. (I have no idea how the first agent had came up a waste line problem.) It was summer when I first called in the problem with the leaking pipe in my boiler system : July 12 – three months ago! A parade of technicians that Cinch has sent since then failed to correct the problem. Some looked at it and said they didn't know how to fix it. Some tried to fix it and failed. And one said he could fix it – and declared that he had done so – but he was wrong – it's still leaking. Now it's mid-October and it's cold outside, but I can turn my heating system on. This is outrageously poor service from Cinch. I can only hope that the new sub-contractor to which Cinch assigned this job at my request will succeed where others have failed. I would love to hear from a supervisor at Cinch to explain to me why this has been handled so poorly for the past three months and to tell me why, in light of this poor response to my request for service, I should continue to subscribe to Cinch.

Water heater protection plan
The tec did not clean the filter of the water heater I'm my protección plan I understand is included he said he did not bring vacuum to clean it Can you schedule another spot to complete the service?
