Not good
There was a burnt smell when turning on the furnace. He replaced the motor. Which I'm sure did need replaced as it is original from bldg construction in 2003. However, if the motor were the only problem, why no smell when running the AC? He said it must be coming from ask the dust in there and suggested calling someone to clean out ductwork - drywall dust. From 2003?? Again, why not an issue when using AC? And why no smell for the past 19 years? Nothing is fixed!! New motor, I'm sure it's nice, but still nothing fixed!

What kind of service id this!!
We contacted Sears last month regarding our Furnace not working. After waiting several days for a Technician, who then came out, and he didn't have the right parts so we had to wait several more days. We were freezing. Next appointment, my husband stayed home and no one called or even showed up for the schedule visit date. We received another dated. He came, changed a part it worked for 2 days and then it stopped working again. I called and they rescheduled for a 3rd time. We waited over a week for another appointment. Again, he changed another part and it worked or a few hours. Then there was no heat. I thing they need to send someone else. This Company keeps Billing and they're not doing a good job!

Service
You send a text to my phone to confirm appointment saying press 1 for confirmation. i did this, next text say if i don't confirm appointment will be rescheduled. Next you email me and say Jonathan has serviced our unit, but he didn't come to our home. Beside just having to wait on someone to come to do the work its hard because we have things we must do. A whole day was held up yesterday.He didn't come to our house. I am sorry if i missed something. But thanks for a reschedule of our work for 11/7/23.

second floor air conditioner is not working.
On 10-23-2023 the the yearly maintenance person said that he repaired the second floor Air conditioner. That Air conditioner is not working. Apparently his repair was not successful. He has to come back and finish the repair.

Worst ever
He was behind schedule and that he had been calling me and it kept going to voice. He complained about the fact that it was a crawl space. He did not like this side of town for that reason.

No show No call
Jonathan never showed up, did not call, or text. I ruined an entire day..only to have to give up another day in hopes that someone will come. I think the appointment window should be shorter, especially if they're not guaranteed to show up. This is really bad business and I am highly disappointed.

Heating furnace
Please don't make it so difficult for us to use our maintenance contract!!!! Requested service for our annual heat check up. The technician said he could only do upstairs or downstairs but, not both!! When I requested service on line it didn't have a place to request heat on both levels of your house to be serviced!!! The service tech serviced our upstairs and will drive back 100 miles to service downstairs in 2 weeks! I was on the phone with warranty company and all he needed was a service # to do both! We are asked all the time if our contract is worth the money and hassle????? Understand it's not cinch now but going back to Sears?? Please improve your service. I guess not the tech's faught.

I observed no maintenance. He did a walk around and copied furnace identification numbers only. One star for being a nice guy
