Home warranty service call

The technician was friendly but his diagnostics are questionable. Upon having a second company(Lion home servicing) come out to do a cleaning as recommended by the tech on the same day. The new company found that a motor on the blower is not working correctly and recommended replacement furnace unit instead of just throwing a bandaid on it and replacing just the blower part on top of any cleaning. I am not confident in what was recommended by the Sears tech to remedy the issue.

Furnace preventive maintenance

Our furnace has not worked since your technician (James) left our home. This is totally unacceptable. It is TERRIBLY cold in our home. We called your service phone number and they said you could not come out until tomorrow. We need immediate service.

Terrible Service.

We've been calling Sears about our Furnace for over 2 months. The Technician seems unable to fix it. We have the proper warranty on it. Yet, he's lying, billing the acct, not showing up and canceling our appointments. While we're home waiting for him to show up. We'll then see a text message that our "Technician was there and cust didn't sign copy!".... REALLY! Our home is freezing. We have heaters running all the time in our home and our O&R bill has gone up. Trying to call Sears is a headache, all you get is nothing but big running around and no one seems to be able to help you!! I'm at a breaking point. All my papers are in order. As a customer, we shouldn't be treated like this. We've already paid for this service. "Brett", has pulled this Furnace apart several times and stated that "He doesn't know what wrong." Please send a Technician out that can provide us with the proper service that we need ASAP. We need HEAT!! Thank you

Reparing heat pump service

The sears heat pump repairing technician made wrong technical judgement, causing the repairing delayed more than 10 days in November cold weather. Also this technician treated us with impolite/rude attitude. He needs to improve both the technical skills and professional communication skills when speaking to customers.

He did a terrible job.

He seemed to accuse me of touching the unit when we did not. He said fises were missing when that Lennox control board does not have fuses. He wanted me to sign I tampered with the init when nobody had touched it. He then told me to "hold on" then instead of coming back He just left the job with no explanation. I have a family and I still have no heat despite doing nothing wrong. This man didn't k ow what he was doing and left. I then was unable to even co tact sears via the website because it says my phone number is not valid despite them having it on file. I have used this service for years and pay for months without ending it only for this to happen. I waited over 7 days for an appointment with 30 degree Temps outside only for this to happen. Somebody needs to call me. I can't even reach anyone. I am considering terminating my service along with my neighbors as we all have used this service for years. Please co tact me as I cannot even co tact you guys.

Tech was a no show

The tech did not show up to 412 council Street Thomasville for the scheduled appointment. Tech did not even call. I waited all day from 8 am to 5 pm. The technician should call to inform resident. That he was not coming or I needed to reschedule. I wanted to give a great rating / review.But the technician was a no show. Did even call to reschedule.

12 year product warranty not honored

55 Gal. (153.321544) The Tech did not write the model and serial number down. I was told leaks can not be repaired. You can try contacting the manufacturer, and see if they can help you. This water heater was installed on 02-24-2014. My user and care guide book says this product should be covered until 02-14-2026. Point 2. Supply a free water heater for one that develops a leak...Would you like to go to small claims court? I had to pay a total of 174.00 for his visit.

No one ever showed up nor was I called to say they were not coming. I am very upset to have waited all day for a no show. This doesn't set well with me. I was also texted an hour before 5:00 stating that they would come between 5:01 and 6:30. Truly this is not good!!!
