He didn't do what was needed. The HP still doesn't work and my tenant had my check for my part of the service. The rest was to be paid by my Home Warranty. He said I, as the owner of the property, had to be present and had to sign papers. The year before a company serviced the unit and everything went smoothly and I didn't have to be present if I had been told my presence was required I would have changed my travel plans. The service has not been done and I need your technician to go back and do so. Please contact me to arrange him going back and I will make it a point to be there

No show
I waited all day and no one showed up. I did a call at 745 pm but I missed it. Can we try to have him come out today? Maybe his first appt and not his last.

Didn't fix water heater
Waited a month had him repaid the water heater and its still not working. He has no communication with customers and the first appointment after two weeks of waiting he never showed up or called. Then I had to wait two more weeks just for him to order a part. Now a total of 6 weeks later still not working after he repaired it.

Did not even ring the door bell after waiting 10 days
This is not your grandparents Sears anymore. Technician did not even bother calling or coming to the door or anything and closed out the service call. It took me 10 days to have them come to repair an air conditioning and 95° Florida. This is the armpit of the service industry folks. Find anyone else in the country to repair your items They simply are not professional.

3rd Time getting this guy with no help.
This is the 3rd time getting this tech to look at our Wall Unit, 1st time he came showed up and said he had to reschedule for an HVAC tech for later in the week. 2nd time same guy comes back, no HVAC tech, he does the report for our home warranty not knowing what he was talking about calling the wall cooler 240volts when i Saying the our wall unit never worked when it did work. We have multiple contractors, our realtor and others who can vouch for it working when we moved in. Every contractor who came into my house commented how good our wall unit work. He gets our claim denied for lack of knowledge and writing a false report. This was back almost 2 months ago. After working with home warranty more we finally get scheduled with a HVAC tech for yesterday he calls, and says he needs to reschedule. So we rescheduled for today, and thinking I was getting a HVAC tech, they sent this same guy who is a utility guy, he comes in saying he already did a report for this house. I'm not sure how this tech would assume the wall unit was not working before we moved in when it very much did. If I could rate this tech 0 stars I would. This tech has been nothing but a issue for us trying to get AC, having a 1 year old child who doesn't take the heat very well, this has been a nightmare.

Horrible Service
He was not able to repair my hotwater heater. It's not his fault that he was sent on an appointment that he could not assist. I am still without hot water and learned today that the forms he sent in was not prepared correctly. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still without hot water. I will definitely not refer Sears Master Service Agreement to anyone I know.

Sears Warranty Review
I have waited 2 months for hot water heater repair. Wrong parts received. After repairman left the house not only is the heater still not repaired but now no water in shower and water not running from hot side in nothing. . I called and tried to get someone back but no answer

Not good
Was sent a message that would be contacted by technician with an estimated time of arrival so I could be there. Instead I got a call when the technician was there at my house. Then said I can have someone there in 20 mins he said he can't wait. Definitely not a good experience at all. Said he would schedule next one for Monday I hope this is taken care of. I really hope the next technician coming out will actually give the heads up like I was told would happen.
