There was cracks in front of the furnace, the back could be worst, yet the technician did not report it !!!!!. Even though I cancelled the appointment, and left a message for the technician a day before, he still showed up while I am not home, demanding 100 dollars which was given to him by my relative in the house because he knew nothing about the issue. The technician found no faults but yet pocketed the money!!

Your technician refused to service the a/c once again. This is the fourth appointment I have scheduled. I have had it! As he did the first time, keeps talking about the serial # When Loretta scheduled this fourth appointment, she assured me you guys had all the information. I'm not sure why your technician REFUSES to service my a/c. On my email I stated what a waste of my time and money it has been to schedule 4 APPOINTMENTS AND NOT GET ANY SERVICE. I expect a call IMMEDIATELY! And please find out why your te inician refuses to service my a/c!

Nobody came to make a repair - this is a scandal to apply for an opinion. This is a lack of shuttle to the client. We lost time to wait.

Did not turn up. Declined because it was a warranty service and he does not make same money as he was third party. We are paying all money to sears with no good service. Disappointed . This was done even after conforming appointment with sears

He didn't show up and then said he did. I have a Rottweiler that lets me know when someone is at the door. No phone call from Erek beforehand, no dog going crazy, , no Erek but an invoice for services.

Most terrible experience- after 7 days of waiting to find out that the technician can't fix the problem and have to get another company to do it.

He didn't do what was needed. The HP still doesn't work and my tenant had my check for my part of the service. The rest was to be paid by my Home Warranty. He said I, as the owner of the property, had to be present and had to sign papers. The year before a company serviced the unit and everything went smoothly and I didn't have to be present if I had been told my presence was required I would have changed my travel plans. The service has not been done and I need your technician to go back and do so. Please contact me to arrange him going back and I will make it a point to be there

I waited all day and no one showed up. I did a call at 745 pm but I missed it. Can we try to have him come out today? Maybe his first appt and not his last.

Didn't fix water heater

Waited a month had him repaid the water heater and its still not working. He has no communication with customers and the first appointment after two weeks of waiting he never showed up or called. Then I had to wait two more weeks just for him to order a part. Now a total of 6 weeks later still not working after he repaired it.
