Pass on sears home services
This review is more on the services provided than in the tech. My hot water heater has been out of commission for several days. After determining that the water heater needed to be replaced the tech told me I would receive a call the following morning to discuss the details. After not receiving a call the next day I called the service number. After going through a number of people I was finally connected to the water heater department, who after reviewing my service notes, told me it would be 5 business days for before they determined that I was eligible for a new water heater and if I was determined to be eligible (even though my contract explicitly stated that a new one would be provided if they were unable to repair the old one) it might be as long as 2 to 3 weeks before they could establish an appointment to replace it. How do they expect you to go a month without a water heater? Worst experience I've ever had.

he never came back to my house
hung told me that the furnace motherboard had burned out and he would bring another one to replace that and fix the furnace. Furnace has not been fixed. We've been waiting almost 20 some days close to a month to get the furnace fixed and some heat.

Terrible customer service
Terrible experience, tech did not even pressurize unit but tells me he sees No leaking from unit. Said his repair said water leak, i told that is not the issue. This the third time the tech has come out why dont they have notes from last visit. I asked him if he wanted to check the unit outside to see pressure, he responded i dont go outside. I sent him on his way.

Worst Ever
First off he showed up in his personal van unprepared to do the work needed. He didn't have a ladder long enough to reach the air handler in the attic. After he called the insurance company to say he couldn't complete the ticket I tried to call him and see if they said when the next person might come he sent me to voice mail twice. Worst Ever.

Never showed up never called!
Now they not only do not call or show up. They also even close out your service order just to make it look like they came to the house anyway. What kind of management do they have that would buy this crap. Unbelievable why bother getting any kind of maintenance agreements or protections from Sears anymore?

Service incomplete. Two units were scheduled for PM winterization, technician Had work order for one unit with AC problem 🤪. Major miscommunication and like of professionalism , poor customer service and don't care attitude and attention to detail. So I have reschedule for another work order.😡😡😡😤😤

Boiler repair
Tech was already in his car about to leave when my husband noticed strong gas smell and had to run to catch the tech who was pulling off to tell him to come back to fix the gas leak . Obviously he didn't check before leaving.

Tech never showed!
Technician never showed and said I didn't respond in a timely manner so he said I denied service. Customer service rep said I didn't respond within 20 minutes so they canceled, I have text messages and phone timestamps showing I called within 3 minutes of this initial missed call and text. 1 star is being generous at this point, should have been negative.
