Furnace Repair

The repairman did not fix my problem. I continue to smell natural gas and my furnace is continuously running. I'm very unhappy with my service and still need my furnace fixed!

Heating system

After thermostat was placed, the room is still cold. I'm not giving him a bad rating because he was a pleasant technician, but it's still cold in the bedroom. I' m not sure of after 30 minutes, there show be an increase in temperature with a closed door, but the temperature decreased. I need someone to come back, and fix the problem.

Terrible Service

Upon arrival, the technician seemed as though he was high. (But that is based on speculation) My heat is not working. Long story short he told me I just need to run my emergency heat at all times and told me that my thermostat was too new to keep up with the older system. After leaving I did some research and found that keeping my emergency heat on at all times was not only dangerous but very expensive. I am extremely unpleased with my experience and do not want that technician (Robert) returning to my home.

Outside unit running but still no lt working properly

Collin was nice and worked to get the part added that was said that I needed, but I was not convinced everything was working properly and I was correct. The outside unit has been going all night to try and keep up with the 72° temperature on my thermostat, but the temperature in the house keeps falling it is currently 65° and doesn't go above 65. I really wasn't comfortable in believing my unit was working properly before Collin left, but he assured me that it was. But, at the time due to having my fireplace burning and using electric heaters in the house it wa already 74°in the house. He had to place the unit on 75 to see if it was working. I know that the 20 something degree weather might cause the outside unit come on and run more often (possibly), but if the unit cannot catch up with the temperature in the house wouldn't you agree something else is wrong? What I need is to have your company Determine what is not happening correctly and fix it, please.

He did not do the job!

Joseph W never showed up or called and said he was not coming. I am so disappointed with this program. I still don't have heat. It is time to refund my money.

Incomplete Job

Attempted a job, but we were left with no air conditioning. He was able to take devices apart but not put them back properly so that the system would operate most efficiently.

I found Richard rude and disrespectful. I would ask him questions and he would either not answer or he would answer in a condescending tone. After he got the fan working, I asked him what did he do an he rudely said "you know what I did". He was argumentative and tried to turn it on me. I asked what the problem was and if I had offended him in some way. He said no but continued to be rude. Finally, I had to tell him that I'm 66 years old and he was not going to disrespect me. I've never been spoken to in that way. But at the end of the day, he did get it to work.

Terrible again my heather is not working
