Competent but needs some people skills

Audrey seemed to have technical competence but she was not a patient person and when she yelled at me for trying to call my husband who has a better understanding of our system, she literally brought me to tears. I would not use Sears again after that experience

A deal was fine

You guys are not. You sent me messages saying he'd be here at 8 am and he got here at 3:30pm. When he arrived he informed me that he couldn't work on my humidifier on my hvac. I have a whole house plan through you. Every furnace in the Midwest has a vitally important humidifier. You excluded it. You lied. You suck.

No show … excuses after excuses of why delayed in the worked . Called several times just given another excuse. So disappointed. Going almost 2 weeks . We have young children in the home

I specifically asked if you worked on water heaters when I called and was told yes and was asked for model and serial no. Of the water heater. When the service person came he informed us that he only worked on appliances and charged us 150.00 anyway!

Still don't have heat

Technician said there was a part that came loose but wasn't broken yet so he couldn't replace it only glue it. But that it would break soon. And to call when it did. He left and sure enough, the heater was still not working 1 hour after left. Caller sears they scheduled an appointment from Saturday from 8 to 5. Waited all morning and At noon received a message that they would not be coming and rescheduled for Monday. Monday morning received a text that they they were not coming again and that they contracted it out to a different company that would schedule an appointment with me. Meanwhile the high for the next 2 days is 32 degrees and getting down to 15 at night.

Heat thermostat

Technician would not listen to what the problem was that was associated with the heating system. Turn the heat up to 90 degrees and said it was working and argued with me. Came unprepared without a ladder to get to the unit in an attic. Had to get mine out and he climbed up 3 steps and claimed "it working" and wouldn't even go in the attic to the system which I've done numerous times. Argued with me numerous times about not listening to the problem with the system (the thermostat)
