I would give zero if possible
Tech knocked on the door I didn't get to the door fast enough apparently. Tech was still in the driveway when I walked out to speak to him. Tech refused repair stating he already closed ticket. I now have to reschedule plane tickets and vacation because I cannot leave without the heat pump in working order. Temps are dropping to teens over the next 4 days. Thanks a lot. Never experienced such reprehensible service in my life.

Fixing release pipe
He is a disgrace to Sears. I let him know when they replaced the broiler, they also added a new piece of pipe also. We heard the banging thru the floor. Only to see the steam rising up ceiling, water all over foor. He said we needed to call a plumber, for something Sears did. He said he wasn't going to fix it, and WALKED away. He was smiling and didn't wait till I finished talking to him. My son happened to come in, he was told to leave. Don't ever send him back here.

Basic Repair Not Complete
Technician stated he did not have proper tools to complete diagnosis on the first visit. Came back three weeks later to complete repair and stated issue was only loose connections after thinking it was an inoperable circuit board. Said he cleaned the connections. Unit stopped working five days later. Another company came out for servicing. Also found loose wires, but actually tightened the connections. This was a basic repair that should have been addressed on the first visit by Anthony over a month ago.

Unfortunately Ereks Risidio ST9120U Failed
Dear Sirs: The device Erek was given to install disabled my furnace !!! To say the least I am not a happy customer. It seems I was told to reschedule a RECALL. So this scheduling event can not occur until 2/15. Erek was given a device by the name of Risideo ST9120. At this time I can't turn on my Heat and the Air blower will not turn off !!! Please send a more seasoned experienced Tech out here that will test the unit completely before he leaves my home to make sure it's absolutely functional and will validate the Condenser outside will turn on and off. Thank you !!! Let's PLEASE GET IT RIGHT THIS TIME. As I said I have no heat! ALSO PLEASE RETURN WITH THE PART THAT WAS REMOVED ! Thank you. Philip Holbus

Worst service ever.
The 1 star does not reflect on him. If I could give zero or it would be the best one. This company is so unprofessional that I'm surprised that my HMS warranty service is using them. I received notice that my appointment was set from 8am to 5pm. Then in the morning I received another notice that the technician was arriving around 2:45 to 4:00 pm. Then I was going to run free errands but then I received another notice that the technician was arriving 10:05 to 11:45. So I waited and waited and nothing. Then I contacted Sears representative and she kept giving me the run around over and over. She couldn't give me a time or phone number of the technician to see where he was at. I hung up on her, then at 4:20 received I call from the technician, I told him what I told their representative last night about my system. He asked to take a few pictures of my system and later on about 15 minutes later he called me and told me ruse he can't service my system. So I lost one whole Damm day of pay and it never got repaired. The worst experience I have had and I'll be contacting my service provider to make sure they will not use them.

No show, no communication received
Did not show up, no communication received from the technician, was at the house all day during estimated time of 8:00-5:00. Only correspondence received was automated message to review the experience. No phone number to call, very frustrating. This way of doing business is unacceptable. I have doubts that an actual technician was even aware that we had an appointment today.

Terrible behavior and rude
This technician (it was hard to pronounce his name I didn't even ask his name out of nerves) I"ve had so many repairmen come to my house,but this is the rudest one I've ever seen. I will never again invite a sears technician for a job

Service Tech
We have a heating/cooling system. The service technician left and closed the work order after the unit began to run. The cooling system was running. The heat was not working but he left anyway. I called to have him come back. He gave the call center an appointment for next week. My husband is a retired military veteran with multiple health conditions and the heater being broken with weather conditions is a quality life issue. This is the reason I have the home warranty. To prevent the elements from affecting my husband. The telephone number doesn't work because once the service technician closes the work the AI system automatically averts the caller to a big run around. It's a big mess and I don't know how to fix. But it's not my place to fix it. I pay for a service that I haven't received.
