Rude & Argumentative
He was very rude and was argumentative. Stated he had been to my house many times and said he told me that I needed an electrician. I told him he had only been to my house twice and he did not mention anything about me needing an electrician to come out. He told me he could prove the number of times he came out by looking at his phone. After looking it up he said oh it was another property. I also told him if that was the case why didn't he report the electrical issue to Cinch. He argued again and said he did, I asked why didn't Cinch have a record of his findings. You guys have been to my house 4 times and the problem still has not been solved. It's been over a month and still no heat. 😫

Three motors stopped working
Technician is more worried about fire rather than HVAC is working or not . Three motors got short circuit due to wrong wiring.

A/C HVAC
there were 4 different technicians that came to review the unit. We ordered and paid for parts and labor, to find out that none of the technicians were qualified to do the repairs on the unit.

Unprofessional
After several times of being rescheduled Aubrey finally arrived at the appointment. I own several rental houses and several weeks ago my renter stated the heater did not work. Aubrey apparently fixed the issue however since Sears did not have my email she did not circle back to me indicating the issue. Rather she informed me yesterday she told the Cleaning Lady. Who is not my hire. She then proceeded to beraid and ridicule me on the phone with my new renter present on SPEAKER PHONE. She is extremely unprofessional and needs to be educated in proper customer service. I am extremely dissatisfied and will also be informing Cinch.

Heat pump
Did not fix heat. Still running constantly. Replaced thermostat. Still blowing Cold air. To get heat have to pump the thermostat up 2 to 3 degrees to get heat.

Poor follow through from Sears!
If Sears would have called in advance to discuss the issue, you would not have sent a repair person incapable of addressing the issue. Now I am having to wait for an alternate service and make a new appointment. Your tech did help with calling the warranty company to expedite, but should have been an unnecessary step!!

Fireplace
Willie asked me what furnace needed to be repaired upstairs or downstairs. I told him it's the fireplace that needs works. He walked right out and he mentioned he will called the company and let them know. And asked me to do the same. So no work was done today.
