I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF SEARS HOME SERVICE FOR OVER 30 YEARS WITH A MASTER SERVICE CONTRACT FOR MY FURNISH, AC, AND HUMIDIFER WITH WAS ALL PURCHASED FROM SEARS. 1ST GETTING INTOUCH TO SCHEDULE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THIS AI STINKS. IN ALL THE YEARS I HAVE BEEN WITH SEARS I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISCUSSED. I WORK FULL TIME AND TO GET A SATURDAY APPOINTMENT IS VERTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE. THEN SATURDAY WHEN THE TEC CALLED I ASKED IF HE HAD THE FILTER FOR THE HUMIDIFIER, HE SAID NO AND I HAD TO RUSH TO HOME DEPOST TO GET IT AND RUSH BACK. THE TEC TOLD ME THAT HE WASN'T SUPPOSE TO CLEAN THE HUMIDIFER THE SERVICE WAS ONLY IF IT WAS BROKEN. IN ALL THE YEARS YOU HAVE BEEN SERVING MY PRODUCTS, THERE NO ONE HAS EVER SAID THAT. LAST YEAR ITHE TEC HAD A FILTER AND I PAID FOR THE FILTER BUT THIS IS NOT RIGHT. I AM REALLY DISPLEASED WITH WHAT HAS BECOME OF YOUR SERVICES. THINGS HAVE REALLY CHANGED. WHEN MY CONTRACT WITH YOU EXPRIES, I WILL NOT EVER RENEW AND WILL NEVER PURCHASE A NEW SYSTEM FOR SEARS. IN ADDITION THE TEC SEEMED TO BE IN A BIG HURRY...HIS COMMENT, TIME IS MONEY. THIS IS NOT THE KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED.

Otis came in the check on heat exchanger b/c i already had furnace serviced and tech said need new sec heat exchanger . Otis couldn't find the heat exchanger ! I read him other techs diagnosis and Otis did not know what AHRI guidelines meant . He wasted my day and money ! Now i need to get someone else out that knows what they are doing!

Sears pretty much is no good with HVAC systems!
Waited 7 days for them to get here.The technician showed up at Approximately 7:30 only to tell me the wrong ticket was wrote up and could not service the heat pump.Will be asking for reimbursement of the $100 from Cinch!

Add 2:47 today i received a message saying, the technician was on his way. At 3:25 i received another message that said he is here at my house. That was a lie, he never showed up. I received another message at 3:25 also asking me to fill out my experience. What a terrible company you run. This is the second time this has happened to me. You shouldn't be in a service business.

No one showed up. Cancelled by technician?
Technician did not show up. Technician Called could not understand everything he said except for do not work on AC, then said something garbled and hung up. Then get text that order was completed. Deductible prepaid. Called Sears very hard to do, keep getting an AI computer.Several calls and hours later. Finally find how to get a human. Still 10 days later and up to 4 so far appointment dates and being billed the pre pay deductible again, Appointments being cancelled by technicians, who are not showing up and getting texted order completed. So now have to start all over again to get appointments and credit for payments ? ?

My family has been good customers of Sears & Roebucks for several decades. Our first Sears boilers was installed in 1977 and lasted till 2014. It still worked, but replaced parts were no longer available. This boiler was installed 2014, previous techs did a quality job with the maintenance. However, since Sears has chosen to use AI it is almost impossible to speak to a human being.. Today's tech unclear/confused about today's work order. The one star is for Sears overall lack of coordination and communication to problem solve.

Technician called me asking what is the issue, I said the light is blinking orange, he said there is no issue as it's expected. He also asked me to check if I can turn on the heat to see if it's working I said I am not sure how to turn it on as temp is not that much low.I came home and googled how to turn on the heat, heat did not turn on.I called the same technician and he started talking in a different manner saying I should not pick the phone because I am in middle of another job.Who told you that your service will be done today.There is no issue why do not you wait till winter comes and theb if heater does not work then call the warranty company And at the end he hung up on me.
