Issue not fixed

My issue was not fixed. Flame sensor was cleaned and some paste was applied to avoid moisture and rust. Apparently flame sensor was not causing the issue, as the furnace stopped working after some time.

Wort technician ever seen in HVAC repair industry

Technician entered the house started asking for his fee, instead of asking what is problem or where is your hvac/thermostat. While checking hvac , continuously hitting some button in his mobile which was triggering a call to my phone for payment. As soon as I paid, he said he diagnosed the issue and will submit the estimate through his system.

I did not answer the doorbell when he came because I was taking a shower. I just got on my computer and saw the notice that he was on his way, I never got a phone call. My husband answered the door and Mouhamed very rudely told my husband "get rid of the dog"!! My husband took offense by the way Mouhammed said this to him. This is the fifth person that has come to my house and the unit is still not fixed. It is going to get cold and I want the unit to work properly.

Richard did not check my heater through. He was informed that pilot light would go out. What is causing this problem? No heater can heater csn hear up ii pilot light malfunction. Did he check out the heater or does he know how are heater function?

Heat still not working.

He did not understand what was wrong with the unit; wanted me to switch to emergency unit. Argued with me; I insisted he look at the unit outside. He went outside, turned off and on the unit and then abruptly left saying the unit is now working, did not go back inside to see if the unit is producing heat . The unit is still not working, it's cold air.

Someone made you change your report you made to me about my furnace! Where is your integrity and the orginal report where you told me my furnace was too old and you didn't know how to fix it. You were going to send someone else with more experience to look at it!!! By the way-who did you FaceTime to show them my heater and the old thermostat who remarked "That's the thermostat?" I'm ashamed of you and your mother would be too!

Lack of communication. I got a text after 5pm, which is outside the 8am-5pm timeframe. I was not able to be home for this service, due to the late communication.

Horrible Customer Service

He was rude from the time I opened the door and I told him what happened with the furnace. He discounted what Washington Gas said about the gas leak coming from the furnace. Just an overall negative experience.
