Water heater still not working!
Juan came to assess my water heater because it was leaking AND there was NO hot water. He told me it can't be fixed and Sears representatives would let me know when I can buy a replacement. BUT, in his assessment, he recommended REPAIR not replacement! The cold water is running, but when I turn on the HOT faucet there is nothing- NO WATER AT ALL!

Terrible service
I was sent a text saying ten in the morning.A m and then another message saying 3:30-4 pm in the afternoon serviceman shows up a little after two.My brother was waiting to come around two thirty three o'clock serviceman showed up early.No call

Furnace work
Came out cleaned flame detector and changed air filters that's all and it did not FIX the problem I called HWA back he was supposed to show up. We were tracking him end up, not showing up no communication that he told HWA that he could not work on this unit. I waited the whole day and never heard from him that he couldn't make it so I called HWA back and they were the ones to tell me that he said that he couldn't work on the unit but never told me about it

Poor service
Audrey was not experienced with the unit and started to blame me that I did not provide accurate information on the unit. Never want to see her again in my place

Furnace
He didn't do anything. The fact that 2 techs had already tried to service the furnace, he didn't want to work on the furnace, he stated someone took wires loose so he didn't want to go behind them

Does not do this work
Your guy never came called said he does not do ductwork I have called warranty company for refund already

I told him on the phone the unit was in the attic he said no problem today he shows up forced my wife to pay and left took the money and refused to work on the units

Didn't come
I was informed via technician comment stating that I was rude, but I was not even home. I have Cpi security and nothing showed that I was even home to be rude to the technician. I was clocked in at work and none of my door sensors went off stating that it was open or close to have an interaction with anyone that day. It also stated I declined services, but I am currently pregnant and have two children in the home and my home is not getting above 58° and we are about to go on two weeks of no heat in our home so there would be no reason for me to decline.
