Furnace still shutting off
The Technician showed up, tested a few connections and said everything was fine despite me referring to a prior technician's suggestion of replacing a component. My home is now freezing and have to battle Sears customer service vs. Choice Home Warranty customer service. Wish me luck!

Terrible service, he didn't send the damage report to the insurance company, and the company doesn't want to pay for the damages and now they want to send another technician.

Bad customer service
He came in a dust off something and didn't want to answer questions. We wanted to know about the Thermastat that Sears had someone to put in for us the laet time. He was rushing I hope that he fixed it. We will see

Non responsive technician
John came to our house thru Choice Home Warranty. Told us that he needed to order a part. Well, as of today, 5 days later, he still has not submitted any diagnostic info to the warranty company get approval. I've tried to reach out with NO RESPONSE from him or the company itself. Email gets bounced back as undeliverable. Terrible service. I'm a disabled senior, it was 48-52 degrees in my house. The pain exacerbates my disability causing much more pain. Stay away from this company at all cost.

Stood and looked
Technician never checked for the carbon monoxide leak or anything. He just stood looking at the furnace. I have a video because I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

Elbert H is a terrible, nasty, condescending, irresponsible, WICKED, demeaning and money pit that should NEVER, EVER work with another fellow human being. I wonder why SEARS would hire such a NASTY person work with another fellow human being. He is worst of the worst. If you ask my rating for him, It is -100 (negative 100).

Terrible Experience
Edward seemed to purposefully not follow directions as to which unit to work on. I instructed him which one, by opening the attic and pointing in the direction of the unit, plus describing to him it was the one against the wall. When going to check on him 20 minutes into the job, I found him working on another unit, then re-instructed him which one he should be working on. My wife also went up and did/explaine the same. I went up again 5 minutes later, and I found him attempting to work on yet the 3rd unit which was clearly not the unit both my wife and I had instructed him to do. As a result, we asked him to cease work, close up what he had open, and to leave…to which he complied. We request that he not ever be assigned to our home for any service work in the future.

He lied!!!
I had another company out they say it's the wear and tear years old!!! Cesar said something is caught in line not serviced!!! He is full of crap!!! Guess you get paid from choice home warranty company to not honor the service I pay for!!! I am not finished 1 am getting other opinions and a lawyer!!!
