water heater diagnosis
I think that the visit seemed a bit short and abbreviated. I think the person knew what he was doing but the analysis seemed very quick and not that informative. I also wish that you guys still replaced water heaters as that would've saved a bit of money.

I find it very hard that the water heater was serviced in less then 15 minutes. When I checked early in the morning I was six stops away. He arrived at 4:12 and left by 4:30. So he serviced the others in about 8 hours, must have spent a lot of time on each visit. I know there is also travel time, but I feel the amount of time spent on mine was not enough. I had a hard time understanding him when he spoke. I asked for the temperature to be set higher as it takes too long for the water to warm up. He said he turned it up a little, it still takes too long.

The tech was unable to access the heating unit as he did not have a ladder with him. He probably would have needed an 8ft step ladder. He claimed He was not provided with appropriate equipment to do the job. The job has since been transferred to a different company and has been rescheduled. Not sure why.

Tyronza, ARGary was great, but I needed more
It would have been nice if sears sent a technician that could also replace our hot water heater. We had to wait 5 days for Gary to come ( not Gary's fault) and now we have to wait till we get the next people to replace the hot water heater with no time est. I'm still without hot water!

The technician arrived in the morning which worked great for me. He was friendly, polite and got right to work. The downside with this service is the window for the tech to arrive is 8 am - 5 pm. Even the day of service, they won't narrow it down. This is a change from the last time my HVAC system was serviced and I don't like it! So the tech was great and the timing was good -- this time.

Came and left within 10 minutes. Didn't touch the machine, just asked a couple of questions and said that it was submerged and needed to be replaced. There technician was not the issue. When I arranged the appointment, it would have been extremely helpful if staff would have said, we no longer sell or install water heaters. That was a waste of time for the service tech to come out and I could have saved money with the diagnostic fee!!!
