A very personable service provider and representative for Sears Home Services, he inspected our 23 yr old window unit's fins and interior and marveled at its durability and efficiency. I had hoped to get a more thorough cleaning to address the musty smell at start up, but Roberson suggested I do that myself next spring by pulling out the entire cooling unit, which he did not.

The drain line from the air handler in the attic was clogged and not allowing the condensation to drain. Paul worked on it for an hour and even drained the pan in the attic with a shop vac. He said it should be fixed now but its hard to tell with the pan being drained. I'm not confident the clog has been removed. Paul was early and called to say he was coming early. Very professional in his demeanor and work ethic. I do hope its fixed. I will know in less than 24 hrs.

He totally disagreed with other service technicians (Williams Comfort Air and Ben Franklin). They said cracked heat exchange was possible carbon monoxide leak. He disagreed. They said replace 26 year old furnace. He disagreed. Furnace still not heating properly.

Timothy showed up, looked around, took some notes, promised to return to fix the issue, and left. It's been about 3 weeks and I've heard absolutely nothing. Extremely disappointed.

This service call was issued under My Service home warranty company technician arrived and determined that the part was definitely making noise and was warped. But because my home warranty company only covers parts that have failed, the claim was declined. He submitted the claim and there was no offer from Sears to replace the part at my cost. This was a waste of my time. I now have to contact another service provider and pay another service call to replace a part that is not working properly.
