Furnace & AC technician
Amir came at the right time to maintain my furnace and replace the thermostat. What I didn't understand is why have a warranty service if they charge a service fee & charge you for the parts & labor for their service.

The actual root cause was not identified.But he was there for 30min explained everything and checked all things.suggeated to get vents clean see if the issue occurs.

Tech was pleasant, efficient. He was misinformed in that he thought I needed a repair. Second attempt to get PM done. Scheduling was difficult this time. I have never has such difficulty in getting a time. Every one I picked was changed. Then time of arrival was messed up. Time had already passed by the time I got the message. Waiting all day for a scheduled appointment is not good.

Very knowledgeable and made me aware of what he did and his findings. Only thing is he didn't put my furnace back like he found it. Now I have to go out and find what's needed to keep the cover on.
