I will give Salvador a four star.
Salvador call before Arrival, My experience with sears, is not getting true answers regarding my Hot water heater, as of now it's still not running, I have been without Hot water for over a month in half, you can only do so much with a 19 years hot water heater with the parts replacement, if it do not work after so many attempts its just time to go another way. :(

Obediah appeared to place importance on doing what was "right" for the job rather than just doing enough to close a service order. He took the time to explain what he intended to do and what he felt was needed. I remember Obediah came on a prior occasion maybe 2 years ago. It seems his work ethic and desire to do the right thing have both gotten stronger. Thanks, Obediah!

Hello, Needed a follow-up visit but ended up resolved. Blew out gas tubing for some water and checked for external leaks. Easy to talk to. Should do well in his position.

Don said he replaced the capacitor,(July 12)and within 2 weeks my air conditioning was not working. He said today the capacitor was good but the bearing was bad. He replaced the capacitor today. Let's hope this is permanent.
