Prompt and Attentive
Romany arrived two hours early which was great because I did not have to sit in the house all day. Very attentive, very helpful and also requested a chimney sweep because of the soot.

Said It was nothing he could do the water heater had a leak at the top and look at the bottom. I'm waiting to hear what your feedback is when are you gonna bring me a new water heater?

Glad tech showed up, however we had am appt for 9/10 from 8am to noon. No one called or showed up! I had to call Sears to find out what happened!! We we inconvenienced and disappointed with Sears. Have to think if we will continue services with them.

Otis solved a problem in that the compressor wasn't starting and he resolved that issue. The initial problem still remains in that the unit is not cooling down to the set temperature of 70 deg F.

I am unhappy with the length of time between my initial call for service on 08/04/24 until Kylen came on 08/30/24; 26 days is an unacceptable amount of time, especially for a 31-year customer. It seemed that he thoroughly checked the unit but didn't find a reason it froze and wasn't cooling, which makes me wonder when it might happen again.

Otis had the part to fix the problem. It took 9 days to get here and that's unacceptable. Choice needs more service people.

Was disappointed that the technician Carlos just made an assessment of what service I needed. All the while I thought my water heater was going to be replaced. So I have to wait more days for the replacement, while I have no hot care for 3 days since I reported to Sears my problem.
