The AI texts I got did not tell me the right information about the upcoming appointment. I was notified tech would call me day of for an eta. That didn't happen. Techs said they do not do that. Online says 7:29 in morning. Didn't get there till 4:50pm. Communication was awful. But Tech's work appears to be great. Did notify me on return when couple hrs out.

Well I didn't schedule a return for him, My home warranty company must have, But anyway, He told me on the first visit about my gas heating unit that I dint have gas going to my unit, I had to call my gas company and they came out and they told me I have gas running to my unit and all that needed to be done was the pilot light need to be lite, and my gas company charged me $75.00 which I'm on a fixed income and the day before that your service guy charged me $100.00 to fix it which it was only the pilot light, But he told me today 6-16-25 that they weren't allowed to light the pilot light but if that is his job for seats why couldn't he light it and save me $75.00 that I could have paid my bills with or food extra for my grandchildren.

Very pleased . Billy called as he was getting closer to my home and was very professional in introducing himself and we realized he had been here before. I called the day before to inform my central unit was down and they had someone to me the next morning, very pleased!!!!
