Minimum service call services provided.
Anytime that service is requested, it's time to change the filter. You folks should keep a record of the size when service is repeated. I'm in a wheelchair and not the one to change a $2.00 filter.

HE DID A JOB OF EXPLANING IN THE FEW MINUTES YET HE SAID THAT WAS A PLUMBER'S JOB NOT HIS SPECIALTY AND HE SAID THAT HE WOULD PLACE AN ORDER IN THE SYSTEM ACCORDINGLY AT NO EXTRA COST. WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY SEARS IS E-MAILING 4 RECEIPTS ONTHIS YET NOT CONFIRMING STILL THE PLUMBER'S RESPONSABILITY.

Called to cancel appointment With. A I and it was confirmed. On 2/9/26. Adler c who was Very Professional informed me he was here to service my. Boiler. 9/11/26. I canceled 4x on today's. Date 6am Poor Communication as the other reviews stated need a contact number with the service tech. I did cancel days in advance. Dont want to get bill for this ! Cancellation was made.

Ignacio appeared to be very thorough in his examination of the heating system. Gave some info as to the potential process of getting it replaced. It has been kept off per his recommendation. He did give a number to contact him, which would have been very helpful, but it was incorrect. This last item would be the only negative. Thank you Ignacio.

Arturo did a good job. Unfortunately, he first came without the part given the lack of communication between the previous technician and the follow up technician.

Brian was great at the house. Afterwards is a nightmare. Customer service has not responded to multiple requests for fixing the water heater. They said Brian has not turned in paperwork. He has been here twice and they wanted to send a third tech out. It's been since November 17th and Sears has not emailed about any repair or replacement. The company and service(except for Brian) is a joke and unrealiable.

The HVAC man was nice and professional. I'm just worried that the service isn't a long term fix. He made sure water wasn't in a couple places but it will happen again soon.
