He found the problem in a minute and fixed it quickly.

Tech's arrived on time. Called ahead so I could get the gate open and put the dogs up. This is very important with the dogs. Went right to work and solved the problem in a matter of minutes. Required part was on the service van. Courteous and respectful too.

James arrived this afternoon and did a thorough inspection of our water heater. He is knowledgeable, is personable, and knows his business of appliances. He did a good job of answering my questions about the water heater and how it functions.
