Furnace/ water dripping inside house
Thankful to Raphael C. He was very courteous and genuinely concerned about the problem that my Mom has been experiencing over the past few years. I feel He tried to do His best based on the situation which occurred due to an incorrect installation by Sears of Her a/c unit. Unfortunately, the water from evaporator coils should go directly to pan instead due to incorrect installation water goes on floor. My Mom who is 96 has to keep a bucket under unit to avoid water damage to Her floor and empty it daily. We are Praying what was done by Raphael will work so that water will exit the correct route and avoid water on my Mother wood floor.

Tech's arrived on time. Called ahead so I could get the gate open and put the dogs up. This is very important with the dogs. Went right to work and solved the problem in a matter of minutes. Required part was on the service van. Courteous and respectful too.
