Tech. Cesar is great…However, the communication between the service center as well as the automated system and the technician is lacking. I was very unhappy with how many times my appointment was rescheduled and it did not appear that information given to the person at the service center was relayed to the technician or updated in the system.

Joseph was patient with all the questions I was asking and also answered them. He also took the time to order the needed parts for my refrigerator ( lever for The ice maker broken and the rubber for the refrigerator door torn). That should speed up the service for my refrigerator repair

Thankful to Raphael C. He was very courteous and genuinely concerned about the problem that my Mom has been experiencing over the past few years. I feel He tried to do His best based on the situation which occurred due to an incorrect installation by Sears of Her a/c unit. Unfortunately, the water from evaporator coils should go directly to pan instead due to incorrect installation water goes on floor. My Mom who is 96 has to keep a bucket under unit to avoid water damage to Her floor and empty it daily. We are Praying what was done by Raphael will work so that water will exit the correct route and avoid water on my Mother wood floor.
