Peter updated the estimated time of arrival. Called 20 minutes before arriving. Introduced himself before entering my home. Explained the challenge with the repair. Talked with my insurance company to assure the solution would be covered and fixed the issue with my thermostat. I would use this service again.

Steve is one of the few technicians you can trust to get the job done, provide honest information, and tell you the truth and fix things the proper way. Too many repair people these days either don't have the experience come to the knowledge, or the ethic to work the same way as Steve does.
