Raphael was very knowledgeable of the situation. He was able to pinpoint the problem in a matter of minutes, which was evidently a simple fix, but two other technicians were unable to find. This hvac unit has had two other technicians on it since March. Extremely pleased with Raphael. He knew what he was doing.
