On July 21, 2023, I had two issues: 1) water actively leaking from the ceiling and through the ceiling vent of installed Air Handling System, and 2) the poor location of the air purifier that made it difficult to install its filter that were changed every six months. In late 2021/early 2022, I had been trying to get the first issue β the moisture stains on the plaster ceiling β addressed by the Sears Transform Home and the Sears Warranty/Maintenance Department without success. On his first service visit, Mr. Tran quickly diagnosed both problems and recommended solutions. When he returned on August 2, 2023, he was able to quickly address the condensation and leaking by repairing the vent. And, because moving the Air Purifier and ceiling damage were not an issue his Department addressed, he recommended that I reach out to my Sears Transform Home Cooling and Heating Department to address the remaining issues. I am very pleased and grateful for Mr. Tran's outstanding service on the condensation issue and his expert diagnostic work in identifying the root cause of this matter after trying to get your other Departments to address since 2021/2022. Mr. Tran is a customer focused expert who represents Sears' business values well!!
