Awesome technicians
The technicians and suporvisors were great. The customer servie ladies were not worth a days pay (warranty specificully), I will be conacting corporate headquartes about that. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and explained whatwas wrong with our a/c and how they were going to fix it, thanks guys!

Nate, called in the morning re his late ETA, which was helpful. But conflicted w my evening plans. We returned calls as I arrange someone to be here. He was better than the first serviceman. Thank him again. Note, your online numbers r NOT helpful at all. Can't get a person. We've been a Sears whole house plan client for over 30 yrs. I'm a 20 retired executive of Sears Corp. 2 weeks no hot water. Not good.

Awesome. System is now working properly. It is running as of now and is set at a certain temperature on auto, I will see if it will turn off on its own when it reached that temperature. Thank you, Brian.

Enrique was great. He showed up on time ready to dig into the problem with my system. He quickly found the cause of the problem and had a replacement part in stock in his truck. He also did a visual inspection and pointed out things that needed attention. Great Job all around!!
